To highlight amazing views of the Washington Monument, Potomac River & Georgetown's National Harbor, and to bring in as much natural light as possible, offices were kept to the interior & sides of the building, and workstations are organized behind a central spine of files, print stations & layout space.

Glass walls at the café & conference rooms bring light into the reception & allow views to the balcony & beyond to the outdoors.  Taking inspiration from their publishing, slices of textbooks are used to highlight the seating area

Corner spaces are occupied by collaborative areas, giving the most attractive views & space to the entire staff.

In a subtle nod to the history of this location (this is the location in the Watergate building that the Nixon scandal occurred) & the building, graphic vinyl film displays old photographs of the arrested burglars.
